Services

We provide roofing, cladding, and guttering services across Auckland. All quotes and job details are agreed upon before work commences.

Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30days.
• Final payment is due within 7 days of completion.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty & Liability

• We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on our services.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials used.
• We are not liable for damages due to unforeseen weather conditions, improper maintenance, or third-party alterations.

Site Access & Safety

• Clients must ensure clear access to the worksite.
• Safety regulations must be followed at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Onyx Roofing and cannot be copied without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with NZ regulations.
